Ghee is my favourite choice of fat when cooking. It is high in saturated fats which makes it the perfect choice for cooking especially on high heat. Unlike other vegetable oils such as olive oils which have very low heating point and gets oxidized very easily. The fatty acid chains in ghee is so easily digested by the body. Ghee is proven to reduce cholesterol and It is a good brain food. When your brain functions well, everything in the body will function well such as the nerve system, the thyroid system which regulates the hormones in the body and the list goes on. Smoothies are the best way to consume your vegetables and fruits on the go if you are always busy or just plain lazy to eat them in your salad. The vitamins are still intact as it is raw unlike when you cook them the vitamins gets reduced. I usually have smoothies for my lunch and I love it green. I usually use simple easy ingredients in my smoothies. When making green smoothies you need to add some amount of fats in it in order to make the nutrients in the green vegetables more bio available. I must admit that I do get a lot of cravings for ice cream from time to time. Walking pass the gelato lane in the city or even in supermarkets is a real torture for me. The best Gluten free and Casein free bread ever !!!!

Hello everybody... Today I would like to share the recipe of the best ever gluten free and casein free bread recipe. Over the time, I have baked and experimented with many recipes which called for many ingredients... but the bread always turn out tasting like cardboard and breaking into pieces. I am so glad that I have found this recipe. I have been baking this bread like almost weekly. Even my German husband is a fan of this bread. As you all know the Germans have pretty high standards when it comes to bread. So if my German husband approves it, that means this bread is really good.
