Ghee is my favourite choice of fat when cooking. It is high in saturated fats which makes it the perfect choice for cooking especially on high heat. Unlike other vegetable oils such as olive oils which have very low heating point and gets oxidized very easily. The fatty acid chains in ghee is so easily digested by the body. Ghee is proven to reduce cholesterol and It is a good brain food. When your brain functions well, everything in the body will function well such as the nerve system, the thyroid system which regulates the hormones in the body and the list goes on. Smoothies are the best way to consume your vegetables and fruits on the go if you are always busy or just plain lazy to eat them in your salad. The vitamins are still intact as it is raw unlike when you cook them the vitamins gets reduced. I usually have smoothies for my lunch and I love it green. I must admit that I do get a lot of cravings for ice cream from time to time. Walking pass the gelato lane in the city or even in supermarkets is a real torture for me. Hello everybody... Today I would like to share the recipe of the best ever gluten free and casein free bread recipe. Over the time, I have baked and experimented with many recipes which called for many ingredients... but the bread always turn out tasting like cardboard and breaking into pieces. Its been a while since I have posted... Been busy traveling in Asia, My dear Husband was posted to work in Singapore for around 3 months for the Singaporean MRT train project. So i was so happy that my husband have to work at that part of the world cos as you all already know that I am from Malaysia. It takes only 50 minutes by plane from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur. I was super excited for our trip. During the 12 hours flight from Frankfurt to Singapore, I have pre-ordered gluten and dairy free meals for myself. So eating on board safely was covered. Upon arrival in Singapore, We went out to the local restaurant for dinner. It was a local hawker style restaurant. In Singapore you will find mostly Chinese style hawker stalls. I feel so blessed that I was exposed to Paleo. It saved my life and it has saved the life of many other people. I used to get sick all the time back in the pre-paleo days. Ever since I have been doing Paleo, which is around a year now, I never got ill that much. Even during winter, where everyone around me is falling sick or catching cold but I survived the virus without getting infected. So we spent a few days in Germany before we started our long awaited Europe tour. We started our tour in Manchester and Southport. The brother from my Maternal grandpa is living there. So we decided to visit him and his family. Our stay there was so amazing. The family were so welcoming and showered us with lots of love and they even catered to my allergies. I mean I felt so blessed. Grandma and her daughter even planned a 2 days London tour for us. We ate mostly in Asian restaurant. We also had our dinner in Nandos on our first day in London. Pizza ia probably the world's most beloved food. Now when you want to lose weight and live a healthy gluten and dairy free lifestyle, it is hard to let go pizza. Creamy Paleo and Vegan Ice cream

With summer just around the corner and warmer temperatures coming in, my family and I are spending most of our time outdoors in the garden doing gardening, swimming in the pool or even just chilling under the sun. Here in Germany, we have colder days more than warmer days. So when the sun is out shinning, You will see everyone outside on the street or in their garden doing something. They prefer doing outdoor activities when the warmer temperatures hit in. In contrast to my home country Malaysia, where we have warmer tropical temperatures through out the whole year and the people there tend to avoid the sun at all times. We spend our days indoors on our free time most of the time, such as going to the malls or cinema and only in the evenings or at night do we actually go out and enjoy the fresh air. Today I am going to share with you on how to make your own chocolate bar, with healthy ingredients. Chocolates have always been my best friend. I guess chocolates are indeed every girl's best friend. Food allergy are on the rise these days that including to dairy, gluten, soy and as well to additives in most products from the supermarkets. Chocolates are one of the many items that most people or even children who have allergy, cant have them anymore due to their dairy content and as well as other additives and oil in the chocolates. Even if u manage to find a chocolate bar that is allergy free its often too pricey and contains too much sugar in it. Any one can make anything tasty by adding refined sugar in it. Imagine feeding your kids store bought sugar filled chocolates. No wonder obesity in children are increasing at an alarming rate nowadays. My chocolates is made only with 3 ingredients....Its so easy to make and it uses ingredients that you have readily available all the time...

Bread is my staple for breakfast. I can't imagine living without bread. This bread recipe which I am going to share with you, have really helped my transitioning into paleo lifestyle. I have at the beginning baked quite a number of paleo breads and I must be honest with you... the bread just taste horrible. I could barely swallow it. But I never gave up on my quest for creating the perfect paleo based bread that will suit my taste. Rule no.1 when you are tasting a paleo bread, is that you must forget the taste of the normal gluten and yeast filled bread. You must be prepared to accept a different tasting bread. A bread that will still taste good, look like a bread, fits as bread but not the same as the traditional bread.
